Return & Refund Policy 

At Sorcery Vault, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges, in accordance with CANADA consumer protection laws.

Returns

    • To initiate a return, please email support@sorceryvault.com with the following information:

      • Your order number
      • Product name(s)
      • SKU number(s) (if available)
      • Variant details (size, color, etc.)
      • Quantity of each item you wish to return
      • Reason for the return

      Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.

      Return Requirements

      • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
      • All returns must be authorized by Sorcery Vault before being shipped back.
      • Items returned without authorization may be refused.
      • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
      • Sorcery Vault reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
  • Approval: You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or declined.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Partial Refunds: Items not returned in their original condition may qualify for a reduced refund.

Exchanges

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Process: Please contact us before returning the item so we can arrange the exchange promptly.

Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Recommendation: We advise using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
