Return & Refund Policy

At Sorcery Vault, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges, in accordance with USA & CANADA consumer protection laws.

Returns

- To initiate a return, please email support@sorceryvault.com with the following information:
  - Your order number
  - Product name(s)
  - SKU number(s) (if available)
  - Variant details (size, color, etc.)
  - Quantity of each item you wish to return
  - Reason for the return
  Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.
  
  Return Requirements
  - Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  - All returns must be authorized by Sorcery Vault before being shipped back.
  - Items returned without authorization may be refused.
  - Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  - Sorcery Vault reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
Approval: You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Partial Refunds: Items not returned in their original condition may qualify for a reduced refund.

Exchanges

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Process: Please contact us before returning the item so we can arrange the exchange promptly.

Return Shipping

Responsibility: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Recommendation: We advise using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
